FAQ
Answers to the questions families typically ask before booking.
Is this legal advice or legal representation?
No. NJ School Resolution provides general educational-process guidance and strategic orientation.
We do not represent clients, do not appear on behalf of clients, and do not provide legal advice.
If you need legal representation, consult a licensed attorney.
Do you handle IEP / special education disputes?
No. This service focuses on discipline and general administrative school disputes (non-IEP).
If your matter is primarily special education/IEP-based, consult an appropriate advocate or attorney.
What should I have ready for the call?
A brief timeline, any notices (suspension letter, investigation notice, hearing notice), and key documents
(emails, policy references, meeting notes). Even if you don’t have everything, we can still orient next steps.
How quickly can I book?
Availability depends on the calendar. If you have a meeting or hearing approaching, book the first available slot
and gather documents as soon as possible.
